CHAPTER 9

The night before, when Ishani and Reyansh were dancing, their families noticed their closeness.

Next day, Ishani went to the office, and Reyansh got busy with his work. But both kept thinking about each other.

Meanwhile, at Reyansh's house, the elders were discussing about Ishani and him.

Dadi: "Kal dance ke time dekha tha? Reyansh aur Ishani kitne ache lag rahe the saath mein."

Reyansh's Mom: "Haan Maa, Reyansh aaj tak kisi ladki ke saath itna comfortable nahi tha."

Dadaji: "Mujhe toh lagta hai humein inka rishta aage badhana chahiye. Chalo, Ishani ke parents se baat karte hain."

Later, Reyansh's family called Ishani's parents.

Abhay (Reyansh's father): "Hello, Namaste Bhaisahab ,Kaise hai aap

Bhavesh(Ishani's Father): " Namaste ,Hum thik aap bataiye sb thik?Sunidhi: "Haan, humne bhi kal notice kiya. Ishani thodi shy thi, par usse bura bhi nahi lag raha tha."

Abhay:"Ji, sb thik hum bss appse kuch baat krna chah rhe the"

Bhavesh:"Ji boliye"

Abhay:"kl appne Reyansh or Ishani ko dekha hoga ek sath dance krte kaafi acche lg ehe the dono sth mai or dekhne se lg bhi rha tha ki kaafi psnd bhi krte h ek doosre ko vo hum log unn dono kaafi dino se dekh rhe hai aise"

Bhavesh:"Ji mother, humne bhi dekha kl or hum bhi aap sbse yhi baat krne ki soch rhe the "

Dadi: "Toh phir ek baar inhe ek family dinner par milne dete hain. Bas inhe nahi batayenge ki rishta kis se hai."

Everyone agreed, and they decided to meet tomorrow evening.

In the evening, when Ishani and Reyansh reached home and were having dinner, both got an unexpected news.

Kirti(Ishani's Mother): "Ishani, kal ek ladke wale tumhe dekhne aa rahe hain. Bas ek baar mil lo."

Ishani: "Kya?! Mummy, mujhe kisi se nahi milna!"

Kirti: "Beta, bas ek baar mil lo, koi pressure nahi hai."

Meanwhile, at Reyansh's house, a similar conversation was happening.

Dadi: "Reyansh, kal tumhe ek ladki dekhne jaana hai."

Reyansh (shocked): "Kya? Bilkul nahi, Dadi!"

Dadi: "Arre bas ek baar mil lo. Aisa thodi ki shaadi karni hi padegi."

Both of them unwillingly agreed but weren't happy. That night, Ishani and Reyansh were in their rooms, wanting to call each other, but neither of them sent the first message.

Lost in thoughts, both fell asleep, with only one thing on their minds-each other.

The next morning, both Ishani and Reyansh woke up, but they didn't feel good. The thought of the evening meeting about their marriage was on their minds the whole day.

In the evening, Ishani reached home at 4 PM. Her mother told her, "Beta, 6 baje woh log aa rahe hain, achche se tayyar ho jana."

Hearing this, Ishani went to her room, rested for a while, and then started getting ready. Her mother gave her a beautiful saree to wear.

On the other hand, Reyansh's mother called him and asked him to come home early. He reached home by 4 PM, took some rest, and then unwillingly got ready. When he went to the hall, he saw that everyone was already dressed and waiting for him.

His parents, cousins, and grandparents all sat in one car, while he and Avyansh took another. Avyansh was driving, while Reyansh remained lost in his thoughts, barely paying attention to the road.

When they arrived at the location, Reyansh was confused. "Why are we at Ishani's house?" he wondered. He thought maybe they had come to meet them for some other reason before going to see the girl. It didn't even cross his mind that Ishani could be the girl they had chosen for him.

The family entered the house, and Reyansh greeted everyone politely. He touched Ishani's parents' feet as a sign of respect. Then, everyone sat down in the living room and started talking casually.

Ishani's Father: "Toh Reyansh beta, kaise ho? Sab theek chal raha hai na?"

Reyansh: "Ji uncle, sab badhiya hai. Bas kaam thoda busy chal raha hai aaj kal."

After a while, Ishani's mother called for Ishani. She walked down the stairs, wearing a beautiful saree her mother had given her. The moment Reyansh saw her, he couldn't take his eyes off her. Ishani, on the other hand, was confused at first, but when she saw Reyansh's family there, she started to understand the situation. Seeing Reyansh staring at her made her blush.

Just then, Reyansh's grandmother called her, "Ishani beta, idhar aao. Yahan Reyansh ke paas baitho."

Both Reyansh and Ishani hesitated for a moment, glancing at their families, sensing something unusual.

Dadi: "Aap dono ko ek doosre se hi milna hai. Aap dono ko kya laga, hum bado ko kuch samajh nahi aata?"

Dadi (smiling): "Hum shuru se aap dono ko dekh rahe hain, aur hume lagta hai ki aap dono ek doosre ko pasand karte ho. Kya yeh sach hai?"

Hearing this, Ishani's cheeks turned an even deeper shade of red, and she looked down shyly. Reyansh just kept looking at her, nervous yet unable to deny the truth.

Dadi: "Hum dono families ko toh koi dikkat nahi hai agar aap dono ek saath rehna chahein. Par sabse pehle, aap dono decide karo ki aap kya chahte ho."

Ishani's Mother: "Ishani beta, tum Reyansh ko room mein le jao aur aaram se baat karo. Jo bhi decision lena ho, khud se lena."

(Ishani and Reyansh stand in her room, an awkward silence hanging between them. Ishani fidgets with the hem of her saree , her heart pounding. Reyansh takes a deep breath, looking at her with a softness in his eyes.)

Reyansh said softly and gently "Ishani, ek baat puchun?"

Ishani looked up at him nervously"J-ji?"

Reyansh: (his voice steady, but his eyes searching hers) " Kya Aap mere sath apia future dekhti hai..kya mai aapko thoda sa bhi pasand hu?"

(Ishani's breath catches in her throat. She wasn't expecting this-at least, not so directly. Her cheeks flush, and she looks away, feeling overwhelmed. Reyansh watches her reaction, giving her the space to process his words.)

Ishani said softly and hesitantly "uhm..honestly, mai nahi janti, its all very complicated"

Reyansh steps a little closer, his voice softer "Samajhna zaroori nahi hai, sirf dil se mehsoos kariye... Kya aapko mere saath rehna acha lagega? Kya aap mujhe apni zindagi ka hissa banana chahti hain?"

(Ishani fidget withe her fingers, her mind racing. She knew she feels something towards him, she knew she felt something special when he was around, but vo itni jaldi kuch keh bhi nahi sakti thi. Her silence makes Reyansh smile slightly.

Reyansh tilted his head, trying to lighten the moment "Agar jawab dena mushkil lag raha hai... toh ek aur tareeka hai."

Ishani gets confused and looked at him"K-kaunsa?"

Reyansh smiled warmly "ankh band kariye aur sochiye apne future ke baare mein kya mai use future mein  bhi nazar aata hoon?"

Ishani closes her eyes and the first thing she saw was Reyansh. After what feels like an eternity, Ishani slowly, hesitantly opens her eyes and passes a warm smile.

Reyansh, not understanding anything, hesitantly asks her "Ishani kya aap kuch bolengii?!"

Ishani, continue smiling and then nods her head. Reyansh also smiles seeing her nod in a yes and then says "Ishani, words..I need words..mujhe ache se sun na hai aap kya chahti hai"

Ishani with all the sincerity in her eyes says, "ji Reyansh mai aapko pasand karti hoon aur mai apke sath apna future dekhti hoon"

Reyansh was on top of the world, he comes closer to Ishani and says, " can..can i..I hug you?"

Because of the suddenness of the question and the situation Ishani could not find words to answer and remains quiet. Reyansh, thought that he made her uncomfortable so he steps back and says "sorry, mera aapko uncomfortable feel karane ka koi intention nahi tha"

Ishani quickly replies, "nahi..apne mujhe bilkul bhi aise feel nahi karaya" and agrees for the hug

The moment his arms wrap around her, Ishani stiffens. She had never been this close to anyone before. Her hands awkwardly rest near his shoulders, and she feels his steady heartbeat against her cheek. The warmth of his embrace sends a shiver down her spine.

Reyansh said softly with a smile "Aap itni tense kyun ho rahi hain? Pehle aap Sharma jati thi ab aap ghabra bhi rhi hai,Humne to kuch Kiya bhi nhi."

(Ishani feels her cheeks burning. She wasn't used to this kind of closeness, and yet, she didn't want to pull away either. Her fingers clutch his shirt lightly, trying to steady herself.)

Reyansh teasingly, whispered near her ear "Waise, agar aap itna blush krengi , toh mujhe lagega ki yeh hug aur lamba karna chahiye."

Ishani gasps slightly and immediately tries to step back, but Reyansh chuckles, holding her gently, not letting her move away too quickly.

Ishani get flustered and muttered "Aap... aap bas chedne ka koi bhi moka nahi chodte..."

Reyansh smirked and whispered in a playful tone "Aap aise react krengi toh main kaise na chedu?"

(Ishani hides her face against his chest, completely embarrassed. Reyansh laughs softly, enjoying her reaction.)

Reyansh said softly, his voice turning more serious "Lekin sach bataun... yeh moment mere liye special hai... aapko itna kareeb mehsoos karna, yeh ek alag si feeling hai."

Ishani's heart skips a beat at his words. She slowly lifts her head, her eyes meeting his. For a moment, neither of them speak. The air between them is charged with emotions neither of them fully understand yet.

Ishani said ,her voice barely audible "Mujhe bhi... ajeeb toh lag raha hai, par... bura nahi."

Reyansh's eyes soften, and a small smile tugs at his lips. He gently brushes a strand of hair behind her ear, making her heart race again.

Reyansh said teasingly "Toh ab agar kabhi aapko hug chahiye hoga toh aap kehengi ya thus se aakr krlengi?"

(Ishani quickly steps back, her cheeks burning.)

Ishani gets flustered and looked away "Aapko... aapko bas Hume aise pareshan krna aata hai!"

(Reyansh laughs, putting his hands in his pockets, watching her with amusement.)

Reyansh smirked "Aur aapko mujhse sharmaana aata hai."

Ishani gives him an exasperated look but doesn't argue. She turns towards the door, still feeling the warmth of his embrace lingering around her.

Reyansh called her softly, before she opens the door "Ishani?"

(She stops but doesn't turn around, still too shy to look at him.)

Reyansh gently "From today our bond is not just about teasing each other or being a client and event manager but now this feels connected to the heart as well.. "

(Ishani's breath hitches. She stands still, her back to him, heart pounding wildly. Reyansh sees her hesitation and takes a slow step forward. Within seconds, he is right behind her. The warmth of his presence makes her even more nervous.)

Before she can react, Reyansh gently places his hand on her shoulder and turns her toward him. Her eyes, wide and unsure, meet his gaze. He looks at her with an intensity that makes her cheeks flush deeper.

Reyansh asked softly, searching her eyes "Ishani, kya hum aapse kuch pooch sakte hai aap sach batayengi?"

Ishani nodded then he asked " kya aapne kabhi mere saath uncomfortable feel kiya?""(Ishani blinks, momentarily taken aback by his question. She shakes her head slightly, her voice barely above a whisper.)

Ishani feels shy but answer honestly "N-nahi..."

Reyansh stepping a little closer, his voice gentle yet firm "Aur jab hum kal dance kar rahe the? Tab kaisa feel hua tha aapko?"

(Ishani bites her lip, looking down. She knows she can't lie. The way her heart raced, the way his touch felt-everything was still fresh in her mind.)

Ishani replied not matching her eyes with him"It felt different b-but g-good"

(Reyansh watches her reaction closely, a small smile tugging at his lips. He slowly lifts his hand and rests it gently on her waist. Ishani gasps softly, the touch sending a shiver through her. The saree she is wearing has exposed a small portion of her bare waist, and Reyansh's fingers graze against her warm skin. Her breath quickens, and she grips the edge of her saree tightly, unsure of what to do.)

Reyansh notices her reaction, but instead of moving away, he leans in slightly, lowering his gaze to hers. Then, with a tenderness she wasn't expecting, he presses a soft kiss to her forehead.

Ishani's eyes flutter shut at the warmth of the kiss. Her fingers curl against her saree, her whole body tingling with nervousness and something else she can't quite name.

Reyansh said softly "Aapko aise hug krne ka aapne paas rokne ka mann bohot baar hua inn dino mein... Lekin uss waqt koi haq nahi tha or pta bhi nhi tha ki aisa kyu feel ho rha hai."

Ishani's heart skips a beat at his words. She slowly opens her eyes and looks up at him, her face completely red. She has no words, no response-just the overwhelming rush of emotions swirling inside her. Reyansh watches her for a moment before stepping back slightly, giving her space.

Feeling breathless, Ishani quickly turns away, placing a hand over her heart as if to calm its rapid beating. Without another word, she steps out of the room, leaving behind Reyansh, who watches her with a knowing smile.

As the door closes behind her, Reyansh exhales, running a hand through his hair. He smiled to himself and whispered under his breath"She will become the reason of my death someday"

Ishani steps downstairs first, her heart pounding as she sees everyone eagerly waiting for their decision. She takes a deep breath, trying to compose herself. A few moments later, Reyansh also comes down, his expression calm yet confident. The entire family looks at them, anticipation clear in their eyes. The silence in the room grows as everyone waits for someone to speak. Finally, Reyansh clears his throat and speaks, his voice steady.

Reyansh: "Meri taraf se toh haan hai."

A wave of happiness spreads across the room. Everyone turns to Ishani, waiting for her response. Her face turns red under their gazes. She lowers her eyes, feeling shy, and nods ever so slightly.

Seeing her nod, Reyansh smiles and then adds casually- "Lekin we want sometime I mean for shadi ."

The elders exchange glances and nod in agreement, understanding their need for time. Meanwhile, the younger ones-Shreya, Yuvansh, and Avyansh-grin mischievously.

Shreya laughed"Toh ab officially 'bhabhi' bula sakte hain na?"

Yuvansh winked and said "Haan haan, ab toh koi problem nahi hai!"

Avyansh said teasingly"Bhabhi ji, aapke liye toh ek grand welcome plan karna padega!"

Ishani's face turns an even deeper shade of red as they start calling her 'bhabhi.' She looks down, not knowing how to react, while Reyansh chuckles, clearly enjoying her reaction.

Meanwhile, the elders, filled with joy, start feeding sweets to each other, celebrating the new bond between the two families. The atmosphere becomes lively, filled with laughter, teasing, and heartfelt blessings.

Ishani's mother looked at everyone and said, "Dinner ka time ho gaya hai. "Then,Ishani and her mother went to the kitchen to finish the last minute preparations.

Ishani was cutting the salad. She tucked the side of her saree's pallu into her waist to make it easier to move and started chopping the vegetables.

Meanwhile, Reyansh felt thirsty and walked towards the kitchen to get a glass of water. As he stepped inside, he stopped for a moment, noticing Ishani standing by the counter, focused on chopping. The way she had tucked her pallu made her look different-more natural, more at ease. A small smirk appeared on his face as he leaned against the doorframe.

Ishani, sensing someone's presence, turned her head slightly and saw Reyansh. Her hands paused for a second before she quickly looked back at the cutting board. A light blush crept up her cheeks as she softly asked, "Aap... yahan? Kuch chahiye aapko?"

Reyansh walked closer and casually picked up a glass, filling it with water. "Haan, sirf paani lene aaya tha. Tumhe disturb toh nahi kiya na?"

Ishani shook her head, trying to focus on chopping. "Nahi... aisa kuch nahi."

Reyansh took a sip of water, then leaned slightly against the counter. "Waise tumhe dekh ke nahi lagta ki tumhe cooking ka shauk hoga."

Ishani's fingers fumbled slightly with the knife. "Main... mujhe zaroori cheezein aati hain. Aur ghar ka khana chef se bhi behtar hota hai."

Reyansh agrees to her and says, "bilkul"

Ishani bit her lip, her hands still working on the salad. There was a pause before she finally asked, "Aapko cooking aati hai?"

Reyansh raised an eyebrow. "Main? Bas chai aur maggi. Aur haan, omelette bhi bana leta hoon. Bas itna hi."

Ishani smiled a little. "Matlab sirf woh cheezein jo jaldi ban jaayein?"

Reyansh shrugged. "Zindagi tez hai, toh cooking bhi fast honi chahiye."

Ishani softly chuckled, but didn't say anything. Reyansh noticed her smile and decided to tease her more. "Waise, tumhe dekh kar lagta hai ki tum badi shaant ladki ho, lekin event handle karte waqt kaafi strict ho."

Ishani looked at him briefly, tucking a loose strand of hair behind her ear. "Kaam ke waqt serious hona zaroori hota hai."

Reyansh nodded. "Aur abhi? Abhi bhi serious ho?"

Ishani's breath hitched slightly. She hesitated before mumbling, "Mujhe salad cut karna hai."

Reyansh smirked, taking another sip of water. "Achha? Matlab abhi bhi kaam pe dhyan?"

Ishani felt her heart race. She tried to focus, but his presence made her nervous. "Aap... aap jaaiye na. Sab wait kar rahe honge."

Reyansh placed his glass down and observed her for a second before stepping away. "Theek hai, baad mein milenge."

---

Dinner Time

As everyone settled at the dining table, they began tasting the food. Compliments flowed from all directions.

"Kirti beta, yeh sabzi toh kamaal ki bani hai," Dadi ji praised.

"Haan, sch mai bhot accha bna h " Sunidhi added.

Reyansh, who was quietly eating, smirked and glanced at Ishani. "Acha khaana banati ho. Pehle bata diya hota toh main pehle hi impress ho jaata."

Ishani, sitting beside her mother, lowered her gaze, trying to hide her blush. "Aisa kuch nahi hai... bas mummy ki help ki thi."

Reyansh chuckled. "Agar sirf help karne se itna acha banta hai, toh tumhe pura khana banana chahiye."

Ishani didn't reply, just focused on her plate.

After dinner, everyone started preparing to leave. People got up one by one, exchanging pleasantries and thanking Ishani's family for the meal. Amidst all the movement, everyone slowly stepped outside, unknowingly leaving Reyansh and Ishani alone for a moment.

As Ishani was about to clear the plates, she noticed Reyansh still standing near the table, looking at her with a teasing expression.

"Sab chale gaye," he said, crossing his arms. "Lagta hai mujhe aur tumhe do minute ka aur saath mil gaya."

Ishani hesitated, gripping the edge of a plate. "Aap... aap abhi tak yahan kyun hain?"

Reyansh smirked. "Bas... soch raha tha, tumse thoda aur baat kar loon."

Ishani looked away, her heart beating a little faster.

Reyansh took a step forward. "Aur ek hug bhi."

Ishani's breath hitched. She remained silent, her fingers gripping the plate tightly. Before she could react, he gently wrapped his arms around her. His voice dropped to a whisper, "Sukoon mil raha hai aise."

Ishani's breath caught in her throat. Her hands trembled slightly, unsure of what to do. After a few seconds, she hesitantly closed her eyes, feeling the warmth of the moment.

Just then, a voice called out from outside, breaking the silence. Ishani immediately pulled back, her face flushed. Reyansh, however, only chuckled and took a step away, his smirk still intact. "Phir milenge, event manager."

With that, he walked out, leaving Ishani standing there, flustered and breathless.
After dinner, Ishani and Reyansh stepped outside along with their families. Ishani bent down and touched the feet of Reyansh's grandparents and parents to seek their blessings. They smiled warmly and blessed her. In response, Reyansh did the same for Ishani's parents, who nodded in approval.

Soon, Reyansh and his family left. As their car disappeared, Ishani, her parents, and Ashirit went inside. The house felt quieter now.

Ashirit walked up to Ishani and ruffled her hair. "Aapne sach mein apne mann se haan bola?"

Ishani lowered her gaze, her voice barely above a whisper. "Haan."

Her parents exchanged happy glances but didn't say much. After a few more words, everyone went to their rooms for the night.

---

Ishani changed into her nightwear and sat on her bed, her mind wandering back to the evening-the way Reyansh had looked at her, the warmth in his voice, and the way he had held her close before whispering, 'Sukoon mil raha hai.'

She sighed, running her fingers through her hair, when her phone buzzed. Her heart skipped a beat as she saw the caller ID-Reyansh.

She hesitated for a second before answering. "Hello?"

Reyansh's voice had a teasing edge. "So rahi thi?"

"Nahi," she replied softly.

"Toh soch rahi thi?"

Ishani frowned slightly. "Kya?"

"Mere baare mein," he said casually.

Ishani pursed her lips. "Aapko kaise pata?"

Reyansh chuckled. "Matlab soch rahi thi."

"Bilkul nahi," she said quickly, but her voice lacked conviction.

Reyansh hummed. "Accha... ek sawaal poochun?"

Ishani hesitated. "Kya?"

"Aapko hug karte waqt kaisa laga?"

Ishani stayed silent, her fingers fidgeting with the bedsheet. She didn't know how to answer and simply looked down at her lap.

Reyansh noticed the silence and spoke again, his voice softer this time. "Ishani?"

She still didn't say anything.

Reyansh smiled slightly on the other end. "Dobara poochun?"

Ishani's grip on the bedsheet tightened. "Aap kyun pooch rahe hain?"

"Kyuki mujhe jaana hai," he said gently. "Kaisa laga tha?"

Ishani took a deep breath, her voice barely above a whisper. "Accha laga."

Reyansh's smirk deepened. "Aur forehead kiss?"

Ishani bit her lip. "Woh bhi..."

Reyansh hummed. "Bas 'woh bhi'?"

Ishani exhaled sharply. "Aap har baat detail mein kyun pooch rahe hain?"

Reyansh chuckled. "Kyuki mujhe aapki awaaz sunni hai jab aap yeh bolti hain."

Ishani's cheeks warmed. "Aapko bas mazak udana aata hai."

Reyansh's voice turned softer. "Nahi, sach mein... mujhe pasand aaya."

Ishani's fingers curled around her blanket. She didn't know how to respond, so she simply said, "Hmmm."

Reyansh smirked. "Phir ek baat poochun?"

Ishani hesitated. "Ab kya?"

"Aap sach mein ye chahti hain na, jo ho raha hai?"

Ishani's breath hitched. She hadn't expected that question. She clutched her blanket a little tighter, feeling her heartbeat quicken.

After a moment, she whispered, "Haan."

Reyansh's voice was softer now. "Mujhe bhi."

There was a brief silence between them, a comfortable yet charged pause where neither spoke, yet so much was understood.

Ishani hesitated but then asked softly, "Aapko kaise pata ki mai sach mein chahti hoon?"

Reyansh smiled. "Aapki aankhein keh deti hain... aaj bhi jab maine aapse yeh poocha tha, aap chup rahi... aur jo chup rehta hai na, wo hamesha sach bolta hai."

Ishani sighed. "Aap har cheez itni easily kaise samajh lete hain?"

Reyansh chuckled. "Kyuki mujhe aapki aadat ho rahi hai."

Ishani's heart skipped a beat. "Aadat?"

"Haan. Aapse baat karne ki, aapke sharmaane ki, aapki woh chhoti-chhoti baatein jo aap keh nahi paati, par mai samajh jata hoon."

Ishani looked down, her lips curving into a soft smile. "Aapko hamesha itna bolna zaroori lagta hai?"

Reyansh teased, "Agar mai nahi bolunga toh kaun bolega? Aap toh sharma ke chup ho jaati hain."

Ishani rolled her eyes. "Aisa kuch nahi hai."

Reyansh laughed. "Sach?"

Ishani nodded, then realized he couldn't see her and murmured, "Haan."

Reyansh's voice turned a notch deeper. "Ek baat kahun?"

Ishani clutched the blanket tighter. "Kya?"

"Aaj jab maine aapko hug kiya tha na..." he paused for a moment, his voice softer than before. "Mujhe laga... bas ab yahi chahiye."

Ishani's breath caught in her throat. Her fingers curled into the fabric of her blanket as she struggled to form a response.

Reyansh exhaled lightly. "I mean... uss ek pal mein sab kuch complete jaisa laga."

Ishani swallowed hard. "Aap hamesha aise hi bolte hain?"

Reyansh chuckled. "Sirf jab baat aapki ho."

Ishani didn't know what to say, so she just whispered, "Hmmm."

Reyansh smirked. "Bas itna?"

Ishani took a deep breath. "Mujhe bhi aisa laga."

Reyansh smiled. "Phir toh theek hai... lekin ek aur baat."

Ishani frowned slightly. "Kya?"

Reyansh's voice dropped to a softer tone. "Today, for the first time I wish for the time to stop.Did you feel the same?".

Ishani didn't answer immediately. Her fingers tightened around the edge of her blanket as she thought about it.

"Pata nahi..." she finally whispered.

Reyansh smiled. "Pata nahi ya haan?"

Ishani sighed. "Aap hamesha aise hi tease karte rahenge?"

Reyansh laughed. "Agar aap sharmaati rahengi, toh main kaise ruk sakta hoon?"

Ishani closed her eyes, shaking her head slightly. "Aap impossible hain."

Reyansh smirked. "Aur aap adhoori baat chhodne wali."

Ishani was about to say something when she heard a knock on her door. She straightened up. "Mujhe jaana hoga."

Reyansh hummed. "Theek hai, lekin humari baat abhi adhoori hai."

Ishani smiled faintly. "Phir kabhi puri kar lena."

Reyansh smirked. "Mauka milte hi."

As the call ended, Ishani held her phone to her chest, her heart still racing. Everything was changing... and she wasn't sure if she was ready for it or already lost in it.
